VICTORY 始创于美国。

1993 年由香港美籍华人Vincent Chan 与美国罗德岛设计学院校友Terry Weaver 合创，以品牌视觉传达设计为主要导向。
2003 年在中国· 深圳设立品牌设计机构，成绩卓然； VICTORY正式译名“韦肯汤威”。
2005 年韦肯汤威进驻中国· 上海，并先后成立杭州、南京分支机构。
韦肯汤威于2003年把创造和管理品牌的经验带到中国，重塑国内市场对于品牌建设和品牌管理的看法。韦肯汤威从文化、形象、传播的角度来进行筛选，找出企业具有的潜在力，找出企业的存在价值及品牌价值，并加以整合。

VICTORY was founded in the United States. It was co-founded by Hongkong’s Chinese-American Vincent Chan and his alumnus of design college of Rhode Island Terry Weaver in 1993, brand visual communication design as the main orientation.

After a decade of development, in 2003, VICTORY was established a new brand design agency in Shenzhen, China. Then officailly changed its name to ‘WEI KEN TANG WEI’. It official stationed in Shanghai ,China in 2005 and set up branch offices in Nanjing.

VICTORY brought many experience of brand creation and management to China and reshape the views of brand building and management in the domestic market in China.
